- All library browsing screens have several display and sorting options.
- Save bookmarks in a song and visual markers will appear on the scrubber bar. Tap previous/next to jump between bookmarks or use the “View Bookmarks” option to select a bookmark.
- Any time you play a song, a bookmark is automatically saved when you leave the song. To go back to the previous play position in a song, use the “View Bookmarks” option.
- Download album art for any song or album. Select from several choices with different image resolutions. Album art is embedded directly in the music files.
- Download lyrics for a song which are embedded directly in the music file (or optionally saved in an external text file). Pinch/zoom the lyrics to change the font size. Feel like singing along? Use the karaoke feature to record yourself as you view the lyrics.
- Advanced playlist management including drag/drop song re-ordering & multi-add mode. While in multi-add mode, go to any screen within the app and tap songs/albums/artists/genres/composers to quickly add them to the playlist.
- When viewing an artist, swipe between the song list, the album list, and the artist’s wiki page. Wiki options are also available on the album, genre, and composer info screens.
- Stylish 4×1 and 4×2 home screen widgets.
- Various lock screen control options including basic controls (ICS+), advanced mini-player controls (ICS+), or the 4×2 widget (Android 4.2+).
- Fine-tuned controls for quickly skipping backward and forward by 5, 30, or 60 seconds. Long-tap the pause/play tap area to reveal (or hide) the controls.

Setup:
Add or remove books to your devices audiobook folder using your favorite file explorer and the Listen Audiobook Player’s library will automatically update to reflect all changes. A books audio files should be located in a folder that is named how you wish the book to appear in the library. If you do not have cover art for the book, this can easily be downloaded from within the app.
Long press on the background for image options or to download a new background.
Playing Book:
The main page is the book cover art and a progress bar. Press anywhere on the background image to toggle play and pause. Swipe left or right to small skip forward or back. Open the drawer at the bottom for skip buttons. The progress bar is disabled to prevent accidental skipping. It can be enabled temporarily by a long press. Once enabled you can press and drag to any part of the book.
Sleep Settings:
Adjustable countdown timer that will beep softly during the last 15 seconds of the countdown.
Shake to restart timer any time after first beep or up to 1 min after playback has stopped.
Auto Sleep feature lets you define when you normally go to sleep. The sleep timer will automatically start if it is past your bedtime, but not during the day.
An always sleep option lets you override this setting so that the timer will always start.
Set a pre-defined volume level that will auto set when sleep timer is activated. This helps to prevent blowing out your eardrums at night because you forgot to turn down the volume first.

Overview: XPrivacy can prevent applications (including associated background services and content providers) from leaking privacy sensitive data.
XPrivacy can restrict the categories of data an application can access. This is done by feeding an application with no or fake data. There are several data categories which can be restricted, for example contacts or location. For example, if you restrict access to contacts for an application, this will result in sending an empty contact list to the application, when it requests access to your contacts. Similarly, restricting an application’s access to your location will result in a random or set location being sent to the application.
XPrivacy doesn’t revoke (i.e. block) permissions from an application, which means that most applications will continue to work as before and won’t force close. There are two exceptions to this, access to the internet and to external storage (typically an SD card) is restricted by denying access (revoking permissions). There is no other way to realize this, since these permissions are handled by Android in a special way. Android delegates handling of these permission to the underlying Linux network/file system.
If restricting a category of data for an application results in problems for the application, it is possible to allow access to the data category again to solve the issue.
By default, all newly installed applications will have no access to any data category at all, to prevent a new application from leaking sensitive data right after installation. Shortly after installing a new application, XPrivacy will ask which data categories you want the new application to have access to. XPrivacy comes with an application browser, which allows you to quickly enable or disable applications’ access to a particular data category (i.e. to view and control all access to the camera, for example). It is also possible to edit all data categories for one application.
To help you identify potential data leaks, XPrivacy will monitor attempts made by all applications to access sensitive data. XPrivacy will display a yellow triangle icon as soon as data of a data category has been used. XPrivacy will also display if an application has internet access, indicating that the application poses a risk of sharing the data it obtains with an external server. This is just a guideline, since an application could access the internet through other applications too. If an application has requested Android permissions to access data in a data category, this will be displayed with a green tick icon, but this will only be shown when looking at an individual application, since checking permissions for all applications is quite slow.
XPrivacy is built using the Xposed framework. XPrivacy taps into a number of selected functions of Android through the Xposed framework. Depending on the function, XPrivacy conditionally skips execution of the original function (for example when an application tries to set a proximity alert) or alters the result of the original function (for example to return empty calendar data).
XPrivacy has been tested with CyanogenMod 10 and 10.1 (Android 4.1 and 4.2), and will most likely work with any Android version 4.1 or 4.2 variant, including stock ROMs. Root access is needed to install the Xposed framework. Because of a bug in the Xposed framework, XPrivacy currently needs a fixed Xposed binary, which is provided as download for both Android version 4.1 and 4.2.

This was normal in the firsts Android versions.
The new phones includes a large amount of memory and a large screens, and also, the new Android version (Ice Cream Sandwitch) predisposes to a better user experience.
But, by default, the contact photos stored in Android 4.0 uses the older resolution (96x96px), and the photo contacts appears pixelated.
With this app you can make a bulk update of your contact photos to a increased resolution (256x256px) that’s shows much better in your new devices.
Also, in older devices, that aren’t running ICS, the app allows to make a bulk photo contacts update and increase the resolution to the device max supported size.
Finally, if you have rooted your device, you can increase the size of the contact photos to 400x400px (or more). That sounds good in devices with a large screen, like Galaxy Note.
Instructions
1) Place the desired contact photos (in PNG or JPG format) in a folder of your sdcard. I recommend to use square photos.
2) Open the app
3) Click settings and configure the sources folder to the stored photos folder
4) Go main window in the app
5) Select the photos that you want to update
6) Click the update photos button (the photos was automatically resized to the max resolution supported by the device).
* If you want to use photos greater than the maximum supported device size, you need to be rooted. If you’re rooted, go
settings, check the “Use HD photos” checkbox then apply the desired photos.
