- If a video doesn’t load immediately and you are stuck with a black screen, try pressing ‘set wallpaper’ or restarting the device. Some users solved problems by updating their device software.

- Having trouble after an update? Try clearing app data in your app manager, or uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
